There is a well stocked kitchen as well to take care of your culinary needs. The large living and dining room of this Hilton Head Island villa rental have been combined to facilitate an easy transition between the two. We provide DVD and VCR combo in living room for your entertainment. Also, there is free wireless Internet access and a big reading library. Our child friendly Hilton Head Island vacation rental villa completes with a private outdoor pool, private outdoor tennis court and a spacious balcony that offers beautiful views. You can also take advantage of the in-house amenities that include elegantly landscaped grounds, free onsite tennis courts and a swimming pool. Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds. Payment Methods Accepted:- personal checks and money orders, Deposits 100.00 non-refundable deposit at time of reservation,remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to reservation. Deposit is applied to balance. $250.00 key/security deposit that is refunded when the keys are returned as long as no smoking or damage to property has been reported.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund (minus $100.00 non-refundable deposit) will be made if the cancellation is received 6 weeks prior to reservation. For cancellations received later than 6 weeks prior to reservation, 1/2 of the rental amount paid (minus $100.00 non-refundable deposit) will be refunded. If another rental is received for the same time period, a full refund will be issued.
