Located on a 100' lot located in the heart of the Florida Keys, our vacation house in Marathon is your perfect getaway. A group of up to six can comfortably sleep at our three bedroom vacation house. The bathrooms are fitted with all modern amenities. To meet up with your culinary demands, there is a dully equipped kitchen as well. There is a private gas barbeque as well. Our air-conditioned vacation house has a TV, cable TV, satellite TV, DVD player and CD stereo for you to catch up with your favorite programs. Internet access is also available, in case you want to keep tabs on office work, emails or surf the web. This vacation house is child friendly as well. You can spend some time at the screened porch enjoying a hot drink. No pets and no smoking please. If your passion is golf then staying at our vacation house near golf course will give you easy access to excellent golfing facilities and opportunities. While staying at this vacation house, you will also get ample opportunities to indulge in exciting water sports and adventures including snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, and swimming. Numerous restaurants are also with in short reach.

Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars. $2400 per week Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Easter, Memorial weeks. $2700 per week Mini Season, Open Week of Lobster Season. Prices do not include 12.5% sales tax. A refundable $500 security deposit is required. $100 fee for pool heater. Monthly rate negotiable. No college spring break students. No additional people allowed on the property. Tax Rate: 12.5% Cleaning: $100 Visa and Mastercard accepted. 3% processing fee added
