Falmouth VACATION
House RENTAL PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTION :
Fri-Fri rental. This beautiful, large 5 BR sleeps 10 comfortably, and can accomodate your overnight guests as well! Plenty of room for everyone to eat, sleep, play, etc, even on the occasional rainy day.
Only a 5 minute walk to the Acapesket Association Beach (private beach!), which overlooks Martha's Vineyard.
The house has hardwood or tile floors throughout.
42" Flat panel HDTV in the livingroom, and WiFi. (mid June to early Sept only for WiFi).
The gameroom in the basement (with TV, couches) gives added space, too. Also a 6' pool table.
AC units in the upstairs bedrooms really take the edge off on those hot summer nights!
The sun room is perfect for eating, sitting, reading, relaxing or watching the Sox!
Also - just steps away is the Green Pond Marina, where you can get the best stuffed quohogs on Cape Cod, fried clams, chowder, etc!
The large backyard is great! Gas grill there, too.
Note: BR1, with the King bed, also has a pull out couch and TV. BR2, with the Queen bed, also has a twin.
This is the absolute perfect vacation home. We sincerely hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
