POLICY:
Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars.Security Deposit $250.00 (Fully Refundable) LONG Weekends (3 nights) $800.00 – (4) nights etc. Offseason Holiday Weeks - Thanksgiving, Xmass, New Years, Easter, ETC - $1,400.00 Per Week.

Cancellation Policy: Depositsare held until owner or tenant can re-rent that time period. Time period reted then full deposit less any re-renting expenses deducted. Not re-rented then owner retains deposit for lost of bussiness.

Rules: Security Deposit Required Of $250.00 and returned by mail when property has no damage and is left clean (like you fount it). 2009 tenant has fist right of refusal for 2010. This expires when tenant leaves premise in 2009.
