Tons of shopping right in the area. It is in a 24-hour pre-war doorman building with elevator. Unit is on 8th floor, with great views facing Sixth Avenue. The apartment is away from the outside noise.
Two-bedroom apartment with an area of 1150 square feet. Two bathrooms with tubs and showers.
Spacious and beautifully furnished apartment in a contemporary style. The floor have all been renovated as well as the kitchen. There is plenty of closet spaces.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has two double size beds. Roll-away beds can be provided upon request at no extra charge.
The apartment is air-conditioned, and has forced air heat - which changes with the time of year.
Linens and towels are plentiful.
A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, coffee pot, teapot, pot and pans, dishes, silverware, toaster oven, and cooking utensils are provided. There is a window in the kitchen facing North.
There is a color TV and stereo in the living room. The master bedroom also has a color TV; both televisions have more than 1000 channels from which to choose, including HBO for movies, at no extra cost. There is a CD stereo, plus VCR and DVD players provided for both televisions.
