Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.
Daytona 500 weekend rate applies to check-in 02-11-10 for 4 night stay.
Bike Week weekend rate is for opening weekend 02-26 thru 02-28, weekly rate begins 03-01; discount for full 10 days.
Spring Break rentals require that you are 25 years old; inquire about discounts for family groups.
Biketoberfest weekend rate begins 10-13.
Nightly rates available (3 night minimum).
Please add 12.5% Tax to all rental rates (required).
$125 Cleaning Fee for up to 8 guests, additional charge for larger groups.
Rates based on occupancy of 8, additional charge for extra guests over 8.
$350-500 Security/Damage deposit (refundable 7-10 days after departure).
Pets will be considered on a case by case basis with a non-refundable deposit.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival will be entitled to refund of deposit; cancellations 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit.
We cannot refund for cancellation of special events, or those due to weather.
Payment in the form of cashier's check, money order, or major credit card (Paypal fee applies to credit card transactions)
