Our home is a warm & friendly, single-level villa located on the seventh fairway of the Barony Golf Course. Just a ten minute walk to the beach or take our furnished golf cart and drive there in two minutes. Or just relax on the screened-in porch and watch the golfers hit up to the seventh green. Our kitchen, wet bar and computer workstation have been upgraded with granite this year. we also provide a high chair and Pack-N-Play which will accomadate infants up to 25 lbs.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. Add 11% Bed tax to all rates. 25% Deposit with reservation. Balancd due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation 60 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit. If last minute circumstances prevent you from keeping your reservation and we are able to re-rent your reservation period of time, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit.

Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. This is our second home please respect our rules. This is a no smoking home. You can smoke on the screened-in porch with the fan running. There are no pets allowed in our home.
